Terms and Conditions — American Heritage Bank

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the American Heritage Bank platform, website, and digital banking services located at amhbank.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

American Heritage Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are legally available to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify American Heritage Bank immediately at support@amhbank.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits are subject to verification and fraud screening. American Heritage Bank reserves the right to place holds on deposited funds pending verification. Withdrawal requests are processed according to the terms of your account tier and applicable processing times. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are published in your account dashboard.

4. Investment Products (DPS and FDR)

By enrolling in a Deposit Pension Scheme (DPS) or Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) plan, you agree to the specific terms of that plan including the contribution amount, term length, interest rate, and maturity conditions. Early withdrawal from fixed-term plans may be subject to a reduction in earned interest or applicable early redemption fees as specified in the plan terms at the time of enrollment.

5. Loans and Credit

Loan applications are subject to approval based on your account standing, KYC verification status, and applicable creditworthiness criteria. The terms of any approved loan, including principal amount, interest rate, repayment schedule, and fees, will be set out in a separate Loan Agreement presented at the time of approval. You are responsible for repaying all outstanding loan balances in accordance with the agreed schedule.

6. Referral Program

Participation in the referral program is subject to the program terms published in your dashboard. American Heritage Bank reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Referral commissions will not be paid for fraudulent, self-referrals, or referrals that violate these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use American Heritage Bank for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities, or evasion of applicable tax or regulatory obligations. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be immediately suspended and referred to the relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

American Heritage Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited in your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United States.
